The Membership Development Committee helps visitors and newcomers feel welcome at Trinity, and find their place among us. It is also charged with the ministry of looking after existing members.
Trinity is a community of loving Christians who celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ, together in many different ways. We certainly gather on Sunday mornings to worship in the tradition of our forefathers. But, we also worship by sharing God’s love with one another in fellowship, study, and different forms of outreach.
Each Sunday we are blessed to have someone provide some form of refreshment so we can have an excuse to gather in the parish hall and enjoy fellowship to give us strength to face the difficulties of the coming week. We learn of our fellow parishioners’ good fortune and celebrate with them. We lend a shoulder to cry on if there is a need. We reach out with assistance in various ways to those with illnesses, loss of loved ones, financial distress or other stressful situations.
Monthly, different foyer groups meet to share a meal in each other's homes and get to know each other better. The groups are reshuffled every six months or so.
During the week we gather in study and worship groups. We raise our voices in song to sing to the Glory of God. We provide a meeting place for several worthy organizations: The American Cancer Society, Kairos, and the Red Cross Blood Drive, to name a few.
